What are your opening hours ?

Sunday – Closed

You can always contact us even out of working hours and we will come back to you as soon as possible.

Can I get some fabric samples ?

Just drop us a message and we can send you a free fabric sample.

Do you provide assembly service?

Yes, you can add the assembly to all our products from the given options where the items will be taken to the room of choice and assembled upon delivery by the delivery company.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

We will automatically email you your order receipt and a text message.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, the bed we will send out to you will be exactly the same as the picture shown on A&Q Beds website.

How can I return an item?

As all of our orders are bespoke and made to order beds, unfortunately we do not offer no refunds but if you have any issues then please email us at info@aqbeds.co.uk and someone from the admin team will get back to you and they will assist you in any problems you incur.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we simply delete the products which are discontinued. Any products listed on our website which are out of stock will be available at some point.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery generally takes 5 to 10 working days unless you delay the delivery yourself. There are some postcodes in the UK where delivery takes slightly longer.
