Made-to-Order & Bespoke Products
All beds sold by AQ Beds are made to order and bespoke. Each product is manufactured specifically according to the customer’s selected specifications.
Before placing an order, customers are strongly advised to clarify and confirm all required details. Once an order is placed, production begins based on the customer’s chosen requirements.
We provide high-quality beds, crafted to order exactly as requested by the customer. As all items are bespoke and made specifically for each order, we do not hold stock.
Refund Policy
AQ Beds operates a strict no-refund policy on made-to-order and bespoke products.

If a customer decides they no longer want the bed, they must inform us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the bed has entered production or has been manufactured, no refunds can be issued, as the product is made specifically for the customer.

After delivery, if a customer changes their mind or does not like the bed, no refund will be issued for bespoke or made-to-order beds
Please ensure all details are correct and confirmed before placing your order.
Delivery, Inspection & Damage Policy
Customers are required to inspect the product thoroughly at the time of delivery.

Any damage or issue must be reported immediately, preferably while the delivery driver is present.

If damage is reported after delivery, AQ Beds will not be held responsible.
- Any damage occurring after successful delivery is not the responsibility of the company.
Faulty Products & Warranty
All beds come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty.

If the bed is found to be faulty, customers must notify AQ Beds within 28 days of delivery.

After 28 days, AQ Beds will not be responsible for any reported faults.

If the bed develops issues such as noise or structural problems, customers should contact us as soon as possible.

Our engineers will inspect the bed.

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing fault, the bed or affected part will be replaced free of charge.
- If the issue is due to customer misuse or fault, the customer will be responsible for replacement costs.
High Headboards – Important Notice
Headboards Over 54 Inches
If you choose a headboard height of more than 54 inches, please ensure you have sufficient access space before placing your order.

Door frames
High headboards may get stuck in areas with low ceilings or narrow access points. As these headboards are bespoke and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for access-related issues.
Split Headboard Option
A split headboard (two-part option) is available for customers who believe a full headboard may not fit into their property.

If a customer purchases a high headboard in one single piece and it cannot be delivered due to access restrictions, the order is non-refundable.
- In such cases, the headboard would need to be remade at a lower height or as a split headboard, and the customer will be required to pay for the remake.
