Cancellation, Returns & Warranty

This policy applies to customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

1. Cancellation Rights

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it can only be cancelled by following our returns procedure below.

If you cancel before dispatch, you will receive a full refund except for any non-refundable deposit paid.


2. Returns Window

You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 28 days from the date of delivery.

After 28 days, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.


3. Eligible Products

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided they are:

  • New or slightly used

  • In reasonable condition and suitable for resale

Products that have been excessively used, damaged, or altered may be refused or refunded at a reduced value.


4. Manufacturing Defects

If your item has a manufacturing defect, including:

  • Structural faults

  • Abnormal noise

  • Damage not caused by customer use

We will offer free part replacement, repair, or exchange at no cost to you.


5. Customer-Caused Damage

If damage is caused by misuse, mishandling, or incorrect assembly, we may still assist; however:

  • Charges may apply for replacement parts, labour, or delivery

  • A refund may be refused for customer-caused damage


6. Refunds (Within 28 Days)

If you request a refund within 28 days:

  • Delivery and collection charges are non-refundable

  • These charges will be deducted from your refund

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 days to your original payment method.


7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective items within 28 days, subject to stock availability.


8. How to Return an Item

Returns can be made by:

  • In store

  • At a drop-off location

  • By post

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Providing the return label

We do not charge any restocking fees.


9. Deposits

Any deposit paid is non-refundable if you cancel or return your order, except where:

  • The product is unavailable

  • There was a pricing or listing error by us

In these cases, your deposit will be refunded in full.


10. Warranty

All bed frames include:

  • 90-day full warranty for defects in materials or workmanship

  • Up to 1-year free part replacement for manufacturing faults

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse or mishandling

  • Incorrect assembly
